Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy explains how subscription payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled for PortCV Pro.

Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a 3-day free trial of PortCV Pro. No payment method is required to start the trial, and no charges are made during the trial period. When the trial ends, your account automatically returns to the Free plan unless you choose to purchase a paid subscription.

Subscription Payments

PortCV Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on either a monthly or yearly basis. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable recurring payment until the subscription is cancelled.

Cancellation

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through PortCV's Manage Subscription page or your PayPal automatic-payment settings. Cancelling your subscription prevents future renewals but does not affect access to your current billing period.

Single PDF Downloads

A Free-plan download made with a premium official resume template is a one-time digital purchase priced at USD 3. Each successful purchase authorizes one PDF download only; another download requires another purchase. Because the digital file is delivered immediately, a completed download is generally non-refundable except where the file was not delivered, a duplicate charge occurred, or applicable law requires a refund.

Refunds

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. Refunds may be provided where required by applicable law or, in exceptional circumstances, at PortCV's sole discretion.
