Acceptance of Terms

By using PortCV, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Account Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Platform Usage

PortCV is intended for creating portfolio websites and professional CVs. You may not use the platform for illegal purposes, spamming, or distributing harmful content.

Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, and software components provided by PortCV are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Users may use them only for personal portfolio and CV creation.

Content Responsibility

You retain ownership of your portfolio content, but you are responsible for its legality and compliance with our guidelines. PortCV is not liable for user-generated content.

Service Limitations

PortCV reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or threaten security and performance.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis, depending on the subscription selected. By subscribing to PortCV Pro, you authorize recurring charges until your subscription is canceled.

Cancellation

You may manage, update, or cancel your subscription at any time through PortCV's Manage Subscription page or your PayPal automatic-payment settings. Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals, while your access to PortCV Pro remains active until the end of the current billing period.

One-time PDF Purchases

Free-plan PDF downloads from premium official resume templates cost USD 3 per download. A purchase creates one single-use download entitlement for the selected resume or template; it is not a reusable template license or a time-based download pass.

Refund Policy

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. Refunds may be provided where required by applicable law or, in exceptional circumstances, at PortCV's discretion. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period. To request a refund, contact support@portcv.com.

Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a 3-day free trial of PortCV Pro. No payment method is required to start the trial, and it never converts automatically into a paid subscription. When the trial ends, your account will automatically return to the Free plan unless you choose to subscribe to a paid plan. Trial eligibility is determined by PortCV and may be limited to one trial per user.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
